CRP élevée à 15 mg/l, pas de leucocytose.
Hémocultures positives à staphylocoques dorés
Echographie du membre inferieur gauche normale, pas d’épanchement articulaire, pas d’abcès périosté ou des tissus mous.
Radiographie standard normale.
