Femme 46 ans
Rachitisme vitamino-dépendant (mutation du gène 1-α-hydroxylase);
Antécédent de résection d’un adénome parathyroïdien médiastinal en 1998;
PTH: 375 ng/mL; Calcémie: 2.62 mmol/L;
Bilan d’un hyperparathyroïdisme tertiaire.
Bilan dans le cadre d’une hyperparathyroïdie primaire de découverte fortuite.
Bilan d’imagerie conventionnelle normale: échographie, scintigraphie au MIBI
Femme de 53 ans. Forte suspicion d’adénome parathyroïdien inférieur droit. Hyperparathyroïdie primitive avec une PTH à 635 pg/ml pour une normale inférieure à 68. A l’échographie: lésion nodulaire récurentielle droite
Patiente de 67 ans présentant une hypercalcemie à 109mg/l (norme<105mg/l) et une élévation de la parathormone à 166ng/l (norm<65ng/l). Echographie parathyroïdienne et IRM cervicale normales. Scintigraphie au MIBI normale, pas de foyer de fixation au niveau cervical ni médiastinal sur les images planaires et SPECT CT.
